The Sam Chase Foundation was created in memory of Samuel Baxter Chase, whose life and legacy continue to inspire hope, opportunity, and compassion. Our mission is to raise awareness about the dangers of fentanyl, support young adults with resources and education, and provide scholarships that help them pursue their goals regardless of financial circumstances.
